Abstract

In cultural tourism integration research, traditional big data processing technology is complex to extract valuable information from a large amount of real-time tourist behavior data stream, and cannot perform accurate and rapid effect evaluation, and there is a greater risk of privacy leakage. Therefore, this paper constructs an improved Apache Kafka framework, uses Apache Kafka for real-time data stream processing, optimizes the producer and consumer model, and improves the throughput and data transmission’s latency response speed. After the data stream enters the Kafka system, the clustering algorithm is used to classify the behavioral characteristics of tourists and extract feature data that is meaningful for evaluating the effect of cultural and tourism integration. To solve the privacy leakage problem in the process of cultural tourism integration, an encryption mechanism based on differential privacy protection is introduced to protect the data query or processing process. In the storage and transmission of tourist behavior data, an encryption mechanism combining symmetric encryption and public key encryption is adopted to ensure that the data can not be leaked during storage and transmission. The experimental results show that under a delay of 900ms, the improved Kafka framework has a delay of 1800ms and a throughput of 3600KB/s under a concurrency of 10,000, which is better than the traditional framework. In storing and transmitting tourist behavior data, the improved Kafka framework has a Rand index of 0.91 under a concurrency of 10,000. The proposed encryption method has a privacy leakage rate of only 0.1, 0.14 and 0.16 under 50-second long-term attacks of three attack methods: data inversion, speculation attack and synthesis attack, and the information loss rate is 0.23, 0.26 and 0.27 respectively, which is better than the traditional encryption method. The experimental results prove the effectiveness of this paper in the evaluation of the effect of cultural and tourism integration and the research on data security assurance model.
