Abstract
Information sharing is the key to improving efficiency in the school-enterprise collaborative education platform. However, traditional research fails to balance sharing and security, leading to information breaches and data abuse risks. This paper applies an entrepreneurial information security assessment method based on a collaborative filtering algorithm, aiming to effectively evaluate platform security and resolve the contradiction between shared information and data security. First, the user behavior data on the platform is used to construct the similarity matrix between users through the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the item similarity calculation is used to construct the similarity matrix between items. For projects that users do not directly evaluate, implicit feedback data is used to infer users’ interests and needs. Singular value decomposition (SVD) processes implicit feedback data to further improve the accuracy of the recommendation. Potential security risks are calculated through algorithms, and recommendation results are used to identify risk points that may lead to data breaches and abuse. Finally, advanced encryption standard (AES) encryption technology is used, combined with secure sockets layer/transport layer security (SSL/TLS) protocol and advanced encryption suite to ensure the security of data transmission, and a multi-level security prevention and control mechanism is designed to identify high-risk users and implement hierarchical management to limit abnormal behavior and access to sensitive data. Experiments show that the recommendation accuracy is significantly improved after optimization, that is, the average root mean squared error (RMSE) decreases by 0.482, and the sensitive data breach rate on the platform is less than 5%. Through this comprehensive security assessment framework, this paper provides an effective security management tool for the school-enterprise collaborative education platform.
