Abstract
With the development of rural financial and technological service stations, the problem of personal information security has come to the fore, posing a challenge to the sustainable growth of rural economy. This paper introduces the kernel function algorithm, which aims to construct an innovative mechanism for personal information protection in rural financial science and technology service stations and explore its impact on rural economy. The article first describes the background and current situation of the research, then introduces the principle of the kernel function algorithm and the related theories of the rural financial science and technology service station, and analyzes the technical, managerial and external environmental risks of personal information faced by the service station. Then, based on the kernel function algorithm, the protection mechanism of information encryption, identity authentication and data access control is designed. It is found that the innovative protection mechanism can enhance the financial participation of rural residents, promote the active participation of residents in financial activities by improving trust; optimize the allocation of rural financial resources, help financial institutions accurately assess credit and innovate products; promote the development of rural industries, support the financing of agribusinesses and farmers, and promote the optimization of the industrial structure, which in turn provides a strong support for the sustainable growth of the rural economy.
