Performance Evaluation of Safety Control Methods for Multi-motor Cooperative System Based on Adaptive Immune Algorithm and Network Security

Abstract

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, adaptive control and optimization algorithms, researchers have begun to explore the introduction of intelligent control methods into multi-motor cooperative systems to improve the control performance and adaptability of system. As an important drive and control system, multi-motor cooperative system plays an increasingly important role in modern industrial production, which is widely used in numerical control machine tools, aerospace, intelligent warehouse logistics, medical and other fields. This study analyzes the safety control methods of multi-motor cooperative system in complex dynamic environment, and proposes a control strategy based on adaptive immune algorithm to improve the robustness, stability and anti-interference ability of system. This paper analyzes the main research difficulties faced by multi-motor cooperative operation, expounds the basic principle of adaptive immune algorithm and its improvement methods applied to multi-motor cooperative system, and analyzes the operability of adaptive immune algorithm in multi-motor cooperative control from the aspects of improving synchronization error compensation and anomaly detection.
