Abstract

With the development of the Internet, the quality of news content and dissemination varies, resulting in Internet rumors becoming a social problem that cannot be ignored. Rumors bring multi-dimensional security risks, this paper discusses the propagation principle, mechanism and multi-dimensional risks caused by network rumors from the perspective of communication science. And it further combines with GraphSAGE algorithm to launch the study of intercepting network rumors, GraphSAGE algorithm, as a graph neural network variant, shows great potential in network rumor interception. In constructing the rumor interception model of the GraphSAGE algorithm, the rumor data is first preprocessed, then the appropriate sampling strategy and aggregation function are selected to guide the model learning, and the optimization strategy of the model is explored in terms of model architecture and other aspects. The model is evaluated with the help of accuracy rate and other indicators, and the optimization strategy of the mechanism of intercepting online rumors based on GraphSAGE algorithm is further analyzed in combination with other techniques. In summary, GraphSAGE algorithm has strong application potential in intercepting online rumors. In the future, it should be further combined with the principles of communication science to improve the application ability of GraphSAGE algorithm in the field of network rumor interception, so as to better maintain network information security and social harmony and stability.
